It leases 1602.56 square meters of the existing idle workshop of Zhejiang Yahong Industrial Co., Ltd. The total investment of the project is 8.7 million yuan, of which 4.7 million yuan is invested in fixed assets (including 4.2 million yuan for equipment purchase, 150,000 yuan for installation and 350,000 yuan for other construction costs), 1 million yuan is interest during construction period, and 3 million yuan is liquidity.
